SepArt Studio is a specialist prepress studio based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India — the heart of India's garment export industry. We exist to solve one specific problem: artwork and colour separation that isn't ready for press.
Founded by Murugesh — with over 13 years working at the intersection of print production and digital prepress — the studio was built to serve the growing demand for reliable, fast, and technically precise separation work from garment printers who need it done right and delivered quickly.
This isn't generalist design work. Every job that comes through SepArt Studio is handled by someone who understands what happens at the press — the ink behaviour, the screen mesh, the registration tolerances. That knowledge is baked into every separation and every rebuilt file.

13 Years at the Press End of the Industry
Murugesh began his career in Tirupur — India's garment export capital and one of the world's most concentrated knitwear production hubs. Working directly with screen printing and DTF setups, he developed a practical understanding of what makes artwork work on press: correct underbase weight, appropriate halftone frequency for the mesh, ink sequence and trapping logic.
Over 13 years, that experience was applied across hundreds of production jobs — simulated process separations for dark-shirt artwork, spot colour rebuilds for brand clients, index separations for flexible garment-colour print runs. The breadth covers domestic Indian screen print environments, European export production standards, and US garment decoration workflows.
SepArt Studio was established to package this expertise as a reliable remote service — available to any screen printer or DTF shop that needs professional prepress support without the overhead of an in-house specialist.
Formerly operating as Cactus Creatives, we rebranded to SepArt Studio to better reflect our specialisation in colour separation and prepress work. The expertise, the clients, and the standards remain exactly the same.
