AI Image to Print-Ready File
AI images from Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly or Canva look fine on screen but usually fail on press: they are too small, soft at the edges, full of compression blocks and use thousands of colours. We rebuild them by hand into print-ready files for screen printing, DTF and DTG.
Flat art becomes Clean Vector. Detailed art becomes Clean High-Res. Both print sharp.
What to send us
The largest export your AI tool allows (PNG if possible), your print width, and the method: screen, DTF or DTG. We reply with a quote within 1–2 hours.

Why Won’t My AI Image Print Sharp?
Most AI tools export around 1024 to 2048 pixels, which is far too small for a 30 cm chest print. The files are often JPEG or WebP with smudged blocks, have no transparent background, and contain garbled lettering, melted edges and odd details that are easy to miss on a phone screen.
AI art also uses thousands of gradient colours and bright RGB tones that ink cannot reproduce. Sent straight to a printer, it comes out soft, muddy or rejected.
Clean Vector or Clean High-Res
Clean Vector is for logos, text and flat-style art. We redraw it as true vector (AI, EPS or PDF) so it stays sharp at any size. AI tools never produce real vector, even when the image looks flat.
Clean High-Res is for photo-style and painted art. We rebuild it at 300 dpi at your real print width (PNG, PSD or TIFF), keeping the look of the original without the soft, plastic texture.

AI Artwork Questions
Yes, if it is logo, text or flat-style art. We redraw it by hand as true vector. Photo-style AI art is better rebuilt as a high-resolution raster file instead.
